Information we collect and use
The Business Blueprint Guys LLC ('TBBG,' 'we,' or 'us') collects information you provide when you contact us, request a website project, or complete a Business Health Check. This may include your name, business name, contact details, website, services, goals, and project needs. The Business Health Check may also ask about revenue, deposits, debt, credit ranges, funding needs, bookkeeping, and operations.
We use this information to respond to your request, review your business needs, prepare possible recommendations or proposals, deliver agreed services, maintain records, and protect our systems. A Business Health Check is an initial diagnostic. It is not a funding application and does not guarantee an offer, financing, or approval.
We use service providers to operate forms, organize responses, communicate, and deliver services. Our current form workflow uses Jotform, and lead information may be organized in Google Sheets. We will not send a Business Health Check response to a funding partner solely because the person completed the assessment; a later submission requires its own review and authorization.
Messages, retention, and choices
We may send messages about a request or service. Promotional email is handled separately, and recipients can use the unsubscribe method provided in a promotional message or contact us to change their preference.
We keep information for the periods needed for the request, service relationship, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. We use reasonable steps to safeguard information, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Visitors should not enter passwords, Social Security numbers, full payment card numbers, or bank login credentials in our public forms.
To ask about information you submitted, request a correction or deletion where applicable, or update communication preferences, contact infoteam@thebusinessblueprintguys.com. We may verify a request and retain information where required or permitted. Third-party services may have their own privacy practices. We will update this notice when our practices change.
