Using this site
This site describes TBBG services and provides general business information. It is not individualized financial, credit, tax, or legal advice. Submitting a form does not create a client relationship, reserve a project date, or obligate TBBG to provide a service.
The Business Health Check is an initial diagnostic based on information submitted by the visitor and requires review. TBBG is not a lender. We do not guarantee funding, credit outcomes, approval amounts, timing, or business results. Any later capital-access service, partner disclosure, information-sharing authorization, fee, and submission process must be agreed to separately.
Projects and submissions
Site prices describe the stated offer and remain subject to confirmed scope. Additional pages, features, domain or hosting charges, third-party subscriptions, and ongoing care should be identified in the actual proposal. A client must review and accept the project scope and payment terms before paying. A signed proposal or service agreement governs project deliverables, fees, revisions, ownership, cancellation, and payment; if it conflicts with these general site terms about that project, the signed agreement controls.
Visitors must provide information they have authority to share and must not submit passwords, full card numbers, Social Security numbers, malware, unlawful content, or material that infringes someone else's rights through public forms. TBBG branding and site materials belong to TBBG or their respective owners. Third-party links may be governed by separate terms.
